Unfortunately our unit, I'm sure plenty of others too, had water damage after a thunderstorm. Even though it states on their website that no leaks should ever occur and that we would be fully covered if they did, we were not given any type of refund. We spoke with associates in their office and left several voicemails, but never received a response from the owner. An associate's only response was that we didn't purchase insurance or select the climate controlled units. But, the website does not split their "guarantees" between plain units or climate controlled ones, or whether or not we need to purchase insurance. Overall it just wasn't a pleasant experience with them and I would recommend storing your belongings somewhere else.
