I strongly urge anyone looking at this property management company to look elsewhere. They took over our apartment complex from our original management company, and it was downhill from the beginning. They were absolutely horrible in cleaning the common spaces. The lobby in our building was always dirty covered in bugs and hair, and smelled. I maybe saw them come clean it one or two times in 7 months. They neglected the pool which wasn't opened until the summer was almost over.
We never knew how to contact them as they never sent us information after they became the owners. Then after we moved out we had to repeatedly call them to find out when our security deposit would be sent. Each time they asked for our new address because she didn't have it. Once I received it, I tried calling to discuss some questions and had to call back multiple times since they weren't calling me back.
Do not rent from them. There are so many other nicer and more respectful companies to rent from that won't cheat you.
