Word of advice: PAY SOMEONE ELSE WHO CAN ACTUALLY GET THE WORK DONE.

Chad, our Tech was courteous and very informative. He was able to provide the service that we needed and had our water heater and other items installed promptly. He was able to answer our questions and help explain things to us that as home owners and non-plumbers we did not know. The customer service on the phone was very helpful. We will use them again for future plumbing problems.

We have had MasterTech help us with several issues the last few years. In all situations, we have found them friendly, courteous and very efficient. The repairs at times seem a little pricey but I'm fine with that given the professionalism of the staff and quality of the work. We are also big fans of how well they communicate before and after a repair job!

I’ve never left a negative review for a company/service despite how unpleasant the experience was. However, it is unacceptable to pay a fee for NOTHING. Worse, they were going to charge me twice for the same issue/service only because they failed to determine the problem in the first attempt.

Tim Archer, with MasterTech, arrived on a frigid New Years day, after hours, to help my 85 year old mother who was having trouble with her furnace. He showed up in a very timely manner, was kind and gracious with my "nervous" mother and took care of the problem. He kept everyone in the loop as far as what was wrong with her system, the remedy, and the final cost. Very professional and friendly. Great Job! I highly recommend MasterTech on their customer service alone!

Chad came in on a holiday weekend. Didn't waste any time. We had only been in the house a week, so he worked with the warranty company. Got the job done and shared a few jokes along the way. I would totally use them again.

A COMPLETE RIP-OFF. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (AND INCOMPETENT STAFF)

Called MasterTech for an after-hours emergency service on our heater. The technician, though friendly, was unable to diagnose the issue. The unit only “appeared” to function when he connected to the furnace directly to trigger it. Before he left, he told us to call them for free service if the problem persists. And when we called back, they were going to charge us a second diagnostic fee to repeat the work/task they’ve failed the first time.
