They were speedy in getting here and speedy to clean my carpet. The team was courteous, kind and quick. I just had a whole-house carpet cleaning job for a very reasonable price. I was able to schedule quickly, they arrived promptly, and did their usual outstanding job. They also cleaned one piece of upholstered furniture, and were honest about why they couldn't safely clean the other two pieces, which I appreciate. My son took out a section of the carpet when playing golf inside. Eric came out and replaced the "divot" about a year ago. It's in a high traffic area and withstands regular vacuuming without knowing the carpet has been patched. Thanks to Eric, we avoided replacing the carpet!
