I had my first appointment with Rhiannon today and now I am wondering where she has been my whole life! I have naturally curly hair, and she has made me love my curls all over again. She did a fantastic job on my cut, but what meant more to me was the fact that she took the time to actually TEACH me what to do with my curls. She talked with me about products, techniques, what to do, what not to do. She answered my questions very enthusiastically and not once did she seem put out or annoyed. She seemed to actually care about my concerns. That means the world to a curly haired gal. A lot of folks SAY they know how to cut curly hair, but very few actuly do. I can't recommend Rhiannon enough, she us fabulous!!!
My first experience with Hair Therapy was a week or so ago. Not only did I get noticeable compliments on my fresh haircut, I was very impressed with the customer service and consultation. As a guy, I usually just get shoved through the "haircut assembly line." But with Marci and Crew I really felt like they took the time to get to know me and what I wanted. First Class!
Rhiannon was both extremely helpful and informative. She helped me interpret my own desires for the way I wanted my hair, and curls, to lay, gave me a tailored cut, and left me with suggestions for achieving the look I wanted day-to-day.
Kim and the team are awesome. This is definitely the best salon in town.
I have been to multiple salons in Columbia and have not been completely satisfied with my hair. I thought I'd never find somewhere that captured what I want done to my hair until I was referred to Hair Therapy! Marci was my stylist and she did an amazing job with my highlights and cut. I am very picky when getting my hair highlighted and Marci listened to what I was looking for with my hair and did an awesome job!! All of their staff is extremely friendly and very reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
