Very good customer service. Came to my house to go over my options. Would have gone with them except for the price. Very pricey. Went with a similar unit with another company for a lot less. When I build a new house I'll use them for my ground source heating
We were very happy about Chapman people installing our new HVAC system. Professional services and maintenance. This is our first summer, although it's kind of a cool summer, inside our house is always very nice and good utility bill since then.
After having my original contractor/installer go out of business Chapman has stepped up and helped just like they would have installed my heat pumps. Mike, Levi and Shana have all been very professional. They are on time and work is done as quoted. They will even call me 30 minutes before they arrive so I can leave work to meet them at our house.

I had Chapman install a new furnace/AC about four years ago and they have been coming back twice a year since to check up on everything. A couple months ago I had a small problem. I called them and they got to my house quick and fixed everything without issue and without charge! It really pays off to hire reputable companies to do work for you.
